6th Avenue has a bunch around 37, 38 & 39th streets.

Thanks I'll definitely check that area out. I know everybody raves about Barron's, but my mom keeps telling me that I need to go to the city

Any bridal store will carry tiaras and headpieces. I am not sure if it really is necessary that you go into NYC for that. I feel like for the most part all the stores have very similar inventory.
