Ticked off: People are so freakin incompetent!

So FH did a stupid thing yesteday morn and ordered me an SDHC card which my camera cannot support. So I called up the company right after and asked to cancel the order. They assured me they did. This morn I check my email only to find out the product was shipped ! WTH! So after them keeping me on hold for 15 mins this morn, she comes back and says 'well we see that the cancellatipn was put through but it didnt work. I'm like WTH didnt it work? and she doesnt know. I hate people I really do.... So now I have to figure out what I'm gonna do with this thing! It's a 4g SDHC card if anyone wants to buy it off me and make my life easier!

I'm buying a digital camera this week so I'll see if I need one of those... if I do, I'll buy it from you.

sounds like a plan... its def cheaper than what you would pay in a store... thats why fh jumped on the deal!

Ugh, Gina, I hate that! I ordered FH a pair of Crocs BACK IN JUNE and they've taken the $$ already (of course ) but they're on backorder till Aug. 15 now! I called them to cancel and they won't let me...They want me to wait to get them just to send them back

They want me to call em back to get some kinda return number when i get the package and then send it back... seriously i feel like why should i have to go through the hassle for a mistake on their part.... im stubborn LOL
