I was also about to book my HM from an internet company b/c they gave me the best price. But I couldn't find them on the BBB and it made me really nervous. What I ended up doing was calling Liberty Travel and asking them to meet (or beat) the price quote from the other co. I had to fax them the other company's quote. But they ended up beating it and I felt much better buying from someone I could trust.
The aren't internet company, they're just located in Florida. I believe its a normal travel agency, just no office in NY. Maybe I'll call liberty and see if they can beat it. None of the other 3 NYC metro agents could.
did you try In & Out Travel?
Hmmm. In that case, they might just be listed under another name in the BBB. Try Liberty anyway. In my opinion, it might be worth it to pay a little extra for your peace of mind. Are we talking a big $$$ difference?
I have tried In and Out, their price and many other agents were at least $300 off (or about 10% of our total cost), and some even more. I did find the agency in BBB, just no listings, neither good nor bad on them.
