Tie for FH

So the plan was for FH to wear a nice blakc suit, black shirt and a white tie... the problem is...apparently silk ties don't come in pure white for some reason So now I son't know what color tie to do...I guess it should just be light and not clash with my dress too much... we found 2 today that look really light, and almost white in bright light, but in a darker roomy ou can see that its more silver/grey. The other option would be to go with an off white or ivory color... Which do you think would go better with my white dress? I'm leaning toward the silvery lookign one because at least that matches the beading on my dress and my accessories.

I would go with the sIlvery one. Or try a synthetic blend tie. Silk has never come in 'pure white' because silk is a natural fiber and that startling white is not found in natural fabrics. Thats why before synthetic materials started being used for wedding dresses, all 'white' dresses made of silk were actually a softer, eggshell or off white color. What we consider 'diamond white' or 'light ivory' is the color most wedding dresses were way back when...just a little side note heh. My mom sews. What can I say
