May as well eat some free food I am excited to see how it's decorated this time of year since I'll be getting married this time next year!

I'm going to a Lessings bridal showcase too, but at Three Village Inn tomorrow! I'm excited to see it this time of the year too, wedding weekend twin!

I was saying the same thing!! too bad it will be so dark out when we go!. How was it?!
They had some lights outside so I was still able to get the idea. I get so excited everytime I go! Food was great, they change it up everytime so I like to go and see what items I may want for my menu!

I'm booked there already so I'm biased. I had went to about 5 different places before deciding and to be honest I booked based on the food and price. Now everytime I go back I get more and more excited and I like the place a little more each time. Last night it was decorated for fall (my favorite season) and it really set in that I'll be getting married there next year! What other places are in the running? Maybe others have input on your choices.

I've been to Timber Point for many parties and live across the golf course so it was always a choice since I really like their food. I'm also looking into West Sayville CC, Captain Bill's (great food!), Snapper Inn and my Fiance's grandparents backyard (although the caterer quoted us @ 13k not including the 1k for potter potties!!)

All good choices. I believe a few are Lessings owned so you'll get the same quality food that you would at Timber Point. I loved the Snapper but my guest list was too big for them. 13K for just the caterer sounds high for a backyard party. I was debating the same but I think the cost winds up about the same and venues have done this a million times so there shouldn't be too many hiccups. Good luck in your search!
