Timberpoint brides & hotels??

Hi everyone,

I have to book a block of hotel rooms and I have NO idea where to go. I just checked out the old Summit, now the Econo Lodge, but I'm not thrilled with it. Does anyone know of any hotels that are not too far from Great River?

hi, i am also a timberpoint bride and there are not really any hotels around there, so we blocked rooms at the marriott in islandia and are going to have a bus to take people to and from the timberpoint. there are other hotels on the lie but none around timberpoint that i know of. good luck!!

How much does it cost for a bus to run guests back and forth - if you do not mind? How did you go about setting this up? Thanks for responding!

hi. we actually have not looked into buses yet but i am figuring a few hundred dollars. u should look for threads on the site for limos/buses that may help u. did u pick out your centerpieces yet?

not yet - we are a little behind schedule. I have a very busy work schedule that leaves little time for planning. But I am sure I will pull it off in time. Or so I hope...
