Over. I cringe when people change the roll at my house and the do it under. Drives me nuts, lol.

I am the same exact way...But I think if DH would EVER just replace the TP I would happier than to always just find a cardboard roll when I sit down.

If I'm thinking about it...its under. My paper towels as well. I don't like how it looks over.

Also, how is your TP touching the wall??? Mine never does...its far enough away that its fine. Anyway I usually don't use the first sheet or two of TP because SD isn't the cleanest child and I don't like the idea of wiping myself with something dirty child hands have touched
