I know I have raved about this band, but for any of you newbies still looking for a great band, look no further than the Time Square Orchestra. We went to their showcase again last night and they were awesome. Now I have second guessed almost every aspect of my wedding at least once (except the groom of course, hehe) but not the band. I can't wait to have them play our wedding. We're selecting our songs soon so we thought it would be a good idea to see what songs work better than others, I think I wrote down every single one they played last night! Anyhoo, just wanted to throw that out there for you gals still looking for entertainment....

I agree!!! My FI and I went last night and although we haven't booked them yet, they were fabulous. So professional and entertaining.

I saw them at a friend's wedding and loved them but questioned them when it was time for me to book a band...I like a lot of current music that is on the radio now and I just can't see them playing the current hot stuff. Do they do any of that? I didn't book them b/c of that...they are all a little older..don't really have any younger members. I just wasn't sure they could play the kind of music I like. But what they did play at my friend's wedding was amazing....no one sat down all night. They just didn't play any of what I would want at my wedding.

I would have to agree. They attemped an Usher song and it wasn't so pretty. My FH is a musician so it was talent he was after way more than a current R&B song. We're pretty old school so the new stuff wasn't really all that important to us. Plus our song is Recipe for Love - with the horn section and that one dude on vocals, it sounded AMAZING!
