I am looking into invites now. I want to get them from a person and not deal with on-line companies.
Any suggestions?

We are making our own and got the paper from Party City. I went to Perfect Wedding Planner and saw some as well...
There's always 'The Lady' but I didn't like her design for me.
As a PS: I work with your fiance, we actually have the same boss! Small world!

Etsy is a website where you can get handmade things. Everything from invitations, to jewelry, place card holders. They also have non-wedding related things. You should check it out, it's addicting.
As for invites, sorry I can't help. My dad owns a printing, so he's doing them for me!

I'm getting mine from Etsy as well. The shop is One Reverie. There are so many great designs on Etsy. It's definitely worth a look. We were going between a bunch on there. So far we're really happy. They did our STDs and are designing a matching monogram for us!
