TIME TO SAY GOODBYE
I know everyone says this, but it's true: I can't BELIEVE that it's my time to say goodbye. LIW has been such a huge part of my life for a year and a half now. There were days when I would miss sleep or be late for work because I was on LIW. You girls have cheered me up when I was sad, reassured me when I was worried, and given me so many great ideas, my wedding wouldn't be the same if I hadn't found this site.
It's been such a pleasure chatting with you online, meeting you in person (Karaoke!), sharing suggestions, giving and getting advice, and looking through endless hours of pictures to get ideas. Years and years from now, when I remember this time in my life and all that went into planning a wedding, LIW will be intertwined with all those memories. Thank you for everything!
We're going up to CT in a few hours. The RD is tonight, outside, in the backyard of the inn and the weather is supposed to be perfect. Ceremony and cocktail hour are scheduled to be outside tomorrow and rain is in the forecast, but at this point, after yesterday's drama, I'm just happy to have a place to marry my FH. It's made me realize what's important - saying 'I do' and becoming his wife. I won't worry about what I can't control.
I'll be back on Monday (I'm even going to work that day!), because the honeymoon isn't until July. I'm planning on having tons of pictures to share!
