I have been calling them to see if they can film my wedding, but no answer. Then I emailed them and they have not responded. For those of you who are using them or have used them, are they generally hard to get in touch with? I saw a couple of samples and liked them alot.

i had the probelm too. since im lazy we ended up with a different vendor because that vendor went out of his way to meet me at a starbucks near my fh parents house with all of his samples on a laptop. we were impressed and the price was a little better so we booked them.
since i am ct, i need vendors that will accommodate me!

I had no problem contacting me..I even left a message and Ray called me back the very next day. Maybe he is on vacation?

I never had a problem with Ray. Like the other bride said, maybe he's away? He was the very best I have seen and he's worth it, believe me.

I actually just went there yesterday and he told me they are having problems with their phone lines - I kept trying to call them and i got their voice mail until I finally found the place half an hour after my appointment!! So dont worry!

I just booked him today. He is awesome! Keep trying to get him. I don't think he gets in to the office until the late afternoon, so that could be another reason why.

I really liked the demo.. think the packages ranged from 1895 and up
