Timeline anyone? Day of
Anyone have a timeline yet?Tentative, even?
I read a post on here and it made me think that it will be helpful for meeting with vendors, finalizing etc etc!

So far our time line is:12ish-getting ready
2- limo pics up guys and brings them to church
2:30- limo pics up girl and brings them to church
3- church
4-reieving line outside of church
4:30-6:15- taking pictures around Babylon
6:30-take pictures at RH
7:30-Cocktail hour
8:30-makeup touch up
9- reception
1am- nighttime photos

This is my mental one so far....
10:30 - girls gather at my parent's house, guys gather ??
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Hair and Makeup
1 p.m. - 2 p.m. light lunch, finish getting dressed
2 p.m. - Limo pick up
3-4:30 p.m. Bridal Party pictures
5 p.m. - Arrive at Venue, quick pics
6 p.m. Ceremony, quick family pics snuck in
6:30 - Cocktail Hour
7:30 p.m. - Reception Starts
7:30 - 8 p.m. Introduction, first dance
8:30 p.m. - Dinner is served
11 p.m. - Cake Cutting, Garter/Bouquet
12:30 a.m. - Party's over!

Mine is something like this:9 a.m. - wake up and shower
9:30 - breakfast
10:00 - wait for all the BM to come and whoever is first will start getting their hair done
2 p.m. - photographer and video show up (one of each to me and one of each to Viana hotel for FH and the guys)take pics with girls and mom outside in the garden
3:15 - leave for church
4:00 - ceremony begins
4:45 - ceremony is over
4:50 - 5:15 receiving line
5:15 - 5:45 some pics around church grounds
5:45 - leave for reception hall
6:30 - get to RH and go upstairs to inspect cocktail hour real quick then head upstairs to ballroom to take pictures and then head to Bridal Suite and relax a bit
7:15 - stop by cocktail hour and say hello to people, watch my entertainment a bit and say hi so everyone can see me in my first dress
7:40 - leave and go back to bridal suite for hair, makeup and dress change
8:20 - walk into reception and party!!!
rest of the night - I'll let the DOC and Maitre D's take care of the rest.
1:00 a.m. - off to the after party at the hotel until 4 a.m.!
I am going to let the DOC keep us on schedule. My only goal is to smile all day and just have a good time. If something happens thats off schedule...oh well! Hopefully all goes well and everyone just has an amazing time!

Google Docs has a lot of great wedding templates. They have an All-In-One Wedding Planner that I am using. Here is there sample timeline:Pre-Ceremony
10:00-12:00 PM Bride Hair Appointment
12 PM Groomsmen drop off misc. stuff on checklist
12:30-1 PM Lunch
1:15 PM Bride gets Hair and Makeup
1:30 PM Bridesmaids arrive Hair and Makeup
Wedding party (girls) get ready
Groomsmen get into tuxedos
2:30 PM Change into wedding dress
3 PM Bride and groom leave for Venue
3:30 PM Photographer arrives
Bouquets, Flowers arrive before photos are taken
Photography session #1
4 PM Bridesmaids/Groomsmen/Family members arrive on site
Coordinators arrive
4-5 PM Photography session #2
Photography session #3
5pm Coordinators set up guest book, favors, centerpieces
Last minute preps
Photographer takes details pictures
Ceremony
5:15 PM Musicians arrive
5:30 PM Music begins approx.' 30 min. before ceremony
Ushers take polaroid picture as guests arrive on the ballastrade
Ushers begin seating your guests 30 min. before ceremony
5:55 PM Ushers stop seating guests 5 min. before processional begins
6pm Ushers to seat late comers in isle seats rather than center seats to avoid distractions
6pm Officiant will take their place
6pm Groom and best man take their place
6pm Groomsmen may roll out aisle runner if applicable
Processional
6pm Prelude music begins
6:05 PM Wedding party assembles
Attendants proceed down the aisle
Processional music begins
Bride & Father process
6:10 PM Ceremony
6:20 PM Recessional music begins
6:25 PM Guests move to cocktail hour
6:30-7:15pm Photography Session #4 Extended Family
Photography Session #5 Friends
Reception
6:30-7:30 PM Cocktail hour for guests before you arrive
6:30 PM Guests sign guestbook in reception hallway
7:15 PM Guests directed towards seats for reception
7:25 PM Arrive at the reception
7:30 PM Grand entrance - DJ play list
7:30-8:30 PM Reception dinner
8:00 PM Toast Maid of Honor
