Timeline for day of pics...

What do you guys think of this timeline? Too much to fit in?? FYI - FH and I are seeing each other before the ceremony and have 2 photogs... TIA!

1:30 PM - FH and groomsmen go to vineyard to start taking pics

2 PM - Me and BP head to vineyard to meet FH

2:15 - 3:15 PM - First moment photo and some bride and groom photos

3:15 PM - Head to beach with whole BP and parents

3:30 - 4:30 PM - pics on beach with BP

4:30 PM - head to RH... take pics on golf course

4:45 PM - 5:15 PM- portraits with family at RH

5:15 PM - DONE with pics and enjoy the rest of the night!!!

I'm not sure how far these places are from each other, but, It seems like you are not allowing enough time in between your beach pictures and the end of the portraits with family... When do you think guests will be arriving? will they be interfering with your photos at all...

Probably should have said... the hotel is about 10 mins from the vineyard and the vineyard is about 3 mins to the beach... Guests will arrive at the RH at 6...

I know it's a lot and FH thinks i'm crazy lol
