For those brides who took all their pictures before the ceremony, how long did they take? I'm trying to figure out the timeline of the day and when to have everyone dressed and ready for pictures. Ceremony begins at 7--so when should we start with photography?

How long do you have your photographer for? I have mine for 10 hours so he'll be at my house at 3pm for getting ready shots. My ceremony starts at 7 too.

when you have the last meeting with the photographer they will help you plan it out . then all you have to do is figure out hair and make up times and let photographer know those times and they work around that

We took all of our photos before the ceremony. We gave ourselves 3 1/2 hours, but we traveled alot. I never felt rushed. This is my timeline (I got ready first. The bridal party got ready while DH and I were taking pictures):
8:00am Breakfast in Bridal Suite 8:30am DOC arrives / Hair & Make-up arrive 9:00 – 11:00am Bride hair and makeup 10:00am Photographer & Videographer arrive 11:00am Bride Dresses 11:15am Groom Dresses – Groom Getting Ready pics 11:40am Groom arrives in Trumball Room for First Meeting 11:45am Bride and Groom First Meeting 12:15pm B&G Travel to Meatpacking (Hudson & Little West 12th) 12:30pm Groomsmen Dress 12:30 – 1:15pm Bride and Groom Photos in Meat Packing 1:15pm B&G Travel to Grand Central 1:30 – 2:00pm Bride and Groom Photos in Grand Central 1:30pm Bridal Party/Family Rehearsal in Library 2:00pm Bridal Party photos outside with Checker Cab 2:15pm Bridal Party to rooftop for formal photos / Bride and Groom to Suite for Hair/MU touchups 2:30 – 3:30pm Family & Bridal Party Photos on Roof Terrace 3:30pm Ketubah/Marriage License signing in Council Room 4:00pm Guests arrive for Ceremony in Library
