My ceremony is at 6:30pm, my photog will be at my hotel for getting ready pics at 2pm..so when should I tell the hair/makeup people to arrive??

i would say hair make up should be there 2 hours prior to the photog. why is ur photog coming so early?

Tell hair/makeup what time photographer will arrive and they will tell you when they will be there. My wedding was at 2:30, photographer at noon, hair/makeup by 9:30.
