Timepiece/Franklin Wayne Music -- italian music?

I was wondering if anyone had any information, good or bad, regarding Timepiece, or any other bands of Franklin Wayne Music.

Additionally, does anyone know of a band that can play Italian and American music equally well? And don't say 'Caleps' -- I had a not so good experience with them ...

If you do a search, you will find alot of info about them. Click on the search button on the top of the page and type in 'italian band' or 'timepiece' and you will get alot of old posts with everyone's opinions.
