Timing
Are you ladies panicking about being late on your big day? I AM. Especially since my nightmare. I have been googling all day trying to find schedules and information on how to stay on time. Do any of you have any helpful lists or schedules for this?

I panic about being late for anything! do you have a planner or a DOC? They'll totally make sure you're on track as far as time goes.

I don't! I figured between me and my MOH & BMs we could manage it plus I didn't want to spend the extra $$.

What time is your ceremony ? Mine is at 3. Photographer is coming at 1. I'm thinking to have my hair done and my make up begin at 12:30 so that he can catch photos of my make up/getting dressed and pics with my girls and parents/grandparents. My church is only 5 min from my house so I don't plan to leave my house until 2:45. I will probably get my hair done at 11-11:15. I plan on having the hair/make up girl come like 8-9 depending how many girls are getting their hair done. This is all tentative, but this is about what I am thinking

I am late for EVERYTHING. I can barely show up on time for things, even if I HAVE to be there. I am just a terrible time manager. What I've decided, is even though my ceremony begins at 11:30am, I am going to plan to begin everything half an hour earlier than I am told I should. For instance, if they say my hair will take an hour (oh lord, please don't let it take that long!), I will plan for it to take an hour and a half, that way if it does only take an hour, I'm ahead 30 minutes instead of being exactly on time.
We'll see how well it works LOL

Honestly, that's the least of my worries. We aren't getting married in a church and will be at our RH 2 hours before our ceremony for pics. If anything, I figure we can get all of the pics done at once with the families and bridal party and our photographer can pull us out from time to time through the night!

ok so im sitting here reading the newest Knot magazine & one of the questions is about getting ready. It says give yourself about 4 hours to get ready. An hour for hair and hour for make up, and two hours for getting dressed, pictures, and travel. Personally I would do five hours and get up at 6.
