Timing of Anniverary Dance

When is the anniversaary dance usually done?
Early in the evening? After cake and parent dances?

It is really up to you. Most times you do the dance after the first dance to lead people back to their seats for the toast.

We are doing it after the first dance. FH told me that's when it's supposed to be done.

Timing of Anniverary Dance - Long Island Weddings

All couple up dancing and the couple who has been married the longest remains to be the last two on the dance floor. They usually get the throw away bouquet if you don't do the garter thing
