Tim's/Copiague Florist - any advice??

Hi! I am getting married at the Riviera on November 8th. (This year!!) Have any of you out there had any dealings with Tim's Florist in Massapequa Park or Copiague Florist? Good, bad, or otherwise?? I couldn't find anything out there on the boards about either one. I am really torn between the two! The prices are nearly identical. They both have great ideas, are convenient, friendly, etc., etc.

I know someone who had a great experience with Tim's and someone else who was disappointed. I don't know anything about Copaigue Florist. Sorry.

Re: Tim's/Copiague Florist - any advice??

OK I asked the secretaries at work, because they know everything that goes on in the district. One secretary told me that she has never used them for a wedding and she never had a problem with them for little things. However, the other secretary said that there was a teacher in one of the other schools that used them and their wedding was on a Sunday and Tim's forgot!! They just forgot. The flowers were never delievered and the mother of the bride was running around that morning/ afternoon buying bouquets from whereever she could. The same secretary said that she used them for her uncle's wake and that they sent flowers that looked like they were 10 days old. So they said that they would not use them for a wedding and that 'Tim' the owner is not that involved anymore. If you are looking for a florist in the Massapequa area I am sure that I find out from our teachers since we have just had a huge amount of weddings which one they used. Let me know!
