Tip Envelope's and Tip questions

I was just wondering where Danielle and I could buy the little envelopes to put Tips in on our wedding day?

Also who do we actually tip at the Wedding? And what is the normal amount to give to them?

LOL!! I used the extra response card envelopes we had a put labels over our address!! I mean, what else am I gonna do with 20 or so envelopes addressed to us???


There have got to be a million tipping threads ... try a search cause I can't even remember who we tipped what!!

we got thank you cards at party City that had a wedding theme, and wrote a little note inside and stuck some cash in.
i tipped pretty much every one of my wedding vendors,
photographer
videographer
band
bridal assistant
wedding coordinator
officiant
hair stylist
make-up artist
limo driver
florist

i think that's all of them...
i didn't use any general formula as far as a % for tipping, I just gave what I thought they deserved from dealing with them through the planning process.
Looking back, I would have given the band more and the limo less
