Tip on the make-up trial?

Just a question.............when you have your make up/hair done, how much do you tip usually? I always tip my hairdresser nicely, but that's because she's the hairdresser i ALWAYS go to and she always does an amazing job. I have a few trials next week, I just wanted to gauge how much I should tip! Thanks!

I tipped $10 for each hair and makeup trial I've had.

depending on price of trial, i'd give b/w 15-20%.

My trial was $150 (hair & makeup) - I gave her a $50 tip...I know...absurd, but she was at my house for 6+ hours...

Silly question with this...... what if they aren't doing it in a salon, but coming to your house on their own?

I would say 10-15 for a trial should be fine.
