My mom, MOH and I are going to have free trials at the bare escentuals store on tuesday at the recommendation of one of the '07 brides. Her MOH is the manager there. Do we tip her? If, yes, how much? Thanks girls, not sure what protocol is since we're going to a store for it and might be coerced into purchasing makeup.

i say if they coerce you into buying makeup then it's just like a free makeover you'd get at any counter so if you buy products you don't tip. personally i think it's kind of like that anyway so you shouldn't have to tip, but if you feel like they deserve it then i would (but only if you don't buy makeup). as for how much... maybe $10-$15?? No clue, sorry.

Heather please take pics!! I went to Sephora yesterday and the girl there did a little Bare Minerals work on my eyes, and I bought an eye glimmer -- I didn't tip, but it was just my eyes. wasn't too happy with it either. :( Maybe you can tip her $10-15 each?

you can tip if you want 2, but i wouldnt feel obligated 2 tip....especially if u buy something because they'll get commission from the sale.
