Tip question

Tip question

My FSIL is getting married this sat and she's having someone come to the hotel we're getting ready at to do our hair. How much is an appropriate tip? If I like the way my hair comes out I may consider using her for my own hair someday.

I believe that the appropriate tip amount is 18-20% That is what I always give when I get my hair, nails, massages, etc.
