How much do I tip my hair girl? She is coming to my house and will have another person and an assistant. She has 10 hair, 9 makeup and 4 flower girls to do. She works from her home - her friend is the other girls thats coming.
I'm not sure if I should be doing 20% or not

I would do 20% of the total (then they can split the tip) or 25% if you are very happy with your look. I did 25% when I saw my final look. HTH!!

I want to pay the tip but I'm not sure if I can! I was thinking of maybe doing part of it then telling each girl to give another 10 or 15 bucks? Between hair and makeup it costs 150 per girl
