Besides the Maitre'D and Bridal attendant, is it REALLY necessary to tip anyone else?

Limo?
Florist?

I wouldn't say necessary but I guess they say it's nice to show someone that you appreciate the job they did.

We are tipping all of the above. I guess it isn't necessary but we feel it is important.
