I think we tipped...
Limo - $25 each (this was extra b/c gratuity was included in the contract)
Photographers - $100 each
Photo Asst. - $50
Banquet Manager - $350 (We had 130 ppl)
Restroom attendants - $25
Hair / makeup - 20-25% (b/c I went to a salon)
We had a band, not a DJ.

Do you tip the band if they are independent? If the hair/makeup people come to you and work for themselves do you tip them?

MD - $650 i think (we had 195 people)
Bridal Attendant - $125
Captain - $125
Trolley driver - $40 (this was in addition to the $200 gratuity included)
Photog - $150
Video - $75
DJ and MC - $125 each
Trumpeters - $50 each
Cantor - $50 each
Hair & Makeup - 20-25% (they came to the house)
Floral Delivery - $20
Bridal Attendant - $125
Captain - $125
