Tipping

Ok, so everyone knows that when you book a RH, you have to pay about 18% to 20% tip? But who does that go to, the workers?
So then why do we have to tip the maitr'de (however its spelled) an additional $3-5 per guest?

Also, who else do we have to tip? So far I have:

Maitr'de
Bridal Attendents
DJ
Photographer
Videographer

Anyone else who you gals think I am missing?

Hm well I think you've got it covered for the RH people.

But you can also tip (don't have to for some of these):

Hairstylist/Makeup Artist
Officiant
Cake Baker (if not using RH's)
Seamstress
Florist

i believe that tip is split with all the waiters and people like that... i could be wrong

m'd gets his own tip .... i was kinda upset about this at the beg and was like what the hell does he do... another figure head that you'll never see but they really do alot of stuff behind the scenes to make the wedding run so smoothly
