Tipping

I know this has been done a million times and I am just curious what people are planning to tip the following

I am putting a list of people I have to tip so if it doesn't apply ignore

Hair & makeup (but that is usually 20% of what you are paying)

I think you should tip the DOC anyway...its always a nice gesture- esp. if they do a good job.

Are you supposed to tip the florist?? I dont know if thats a dumb question or not! I really don't know!

Other than that- list looks good!

oooh thats a good question. i guess it depends if you can afford the extra money?
