Tipping?

Who are you planning on tipping or tipped the day of the wedding?

I'm not sure if I should tip the Limo company - he said it's included - and it's just pickup drop off? Should I just tip him $20? Or don't tip?

Should I tip my photographers/videographer if they own their own business? If I should how much is a general norm?

Officiant what do you guys usually tip?

Florist did you tip them? She charged a delivery/setup charge...
