How much tip for engagement shoot and for a makeup trial???

Tipping

I say NO TIP for photographer, if you paid for their package. Makeup just pay for the trial no tip. For the day of the wedding you will be paying tip out of the wazoo. So No tip for now.

i say it depends for makeup....my best friend is a free-lance makeup artist and she told me to never tip free-lance MUA because they make their own prices...they own all the products and whatever they charge you goes directly into their pocket... if you hire someone from a salon or makeup company then you should absolutely tip because they only work on commission

We tipped the guy who did our engagement shoot, I think we gave him like 20-25, just as a thank you

I wouldn't worry about it. I didn't tip my eshoot or my trial. I'll be tipping them tomorrow. I agree about wazu tips on the wedding day. We have a full list and we were like holy crap!

Tipping

I tipped each ten dollars for the eshoot and trial, cause they are providing a service and if I am pleased I feel a tip is a nice gesture. We tipped each person (photo, hair and makeup) $50.00 on the day of the wedding.
