tipping again..so confused

Band - why do we need to tip if we are paying cash ? how much ?

Florist delivery ? - are we supposed to tip
florists ?...we are paying cash...and
we wont be there for the delivery.

how about bartenders for our reception ?

how about steel drum players .>?
they are only playing an hour....

photographer ? and his helper ?

we are paying 15.00 for delivery of flowers.

we wont be there for delivery of flowers..
how do we tip them ?

We have decided not to tip any vendor we are paying a gratuity for that is their tip otherwise you'd be paying double your tip, it's crazy but when you realize it, it's too late and these vendors have ripped you off it's like a double tax....your paying for a service
