I didn't - I have to draw the line somewhere Although the final makeup trial I had was at a cosmetics counter in Bloomies and I was really pleased with it, so I bought a few products (which added up to $75).

Re: Tipping at make-up and hair trial
I tipped at my MU trial bc it was free and I figured it would be nice to give her something, just $10 I think. I had a hair trial I didn't like so I just paid her fee w/out tipping. My 2nd hair trial I liked so I gave her $5 on top of her fee.

I think you should tip for any service rendered, if of course you were satisfied with the service.
