tipping for e-pics..

Ok, so we hired a photographer and our e-pics are included..our photoshoot is nov 6..how much do we tip? and do we have to?

another thing, my mom works with a guy who just started working as an assistant at patken, and he wants to start up his portfolio, so he said he would take our e-pics for free...so now I know we should tip him for that, but how much again?
