the hair and makeup ladies are coming to my house. each own the business and they work by themselves. do you think a tip is necessary??

yea i would tip a little. do u have to tip florist too?
I've heard brides say that they don't tip the florist, but they tip the florist delivery driver like $10-$20. But it is completely up to you of course. HTH!

I don't think it should matter if you own the business or not. If someone does a great job on the service they are providing, they deserve a tip! I read typical for hair/make-up is 15-20%.

i always tip my hairdresser for a cut & color and she is the business owner & does it at her house or mine!

This exactly! So figure about $25 for hair and $25 for makeup if they are each $125.
