Does anyone have a link to a tipping guide that doesn't look similar to this one?

I feel like this seems really low? Or is this a good guide to tipping?
Like, OK, my band leader is the owner, but there are five other people in his band and he also brought in a 3 piece Greek band, so how do we tip that?
And then, my photo and video guys are both small, independent businesses. I met them both in their houses. That means we don't tip them? That seems weird to me.
And a $15 tip for flowers seems so low.
Idk, maybe I'm just so used to the exhorbant costs by now that regular money amounts seem small?
