Tipping officiant?

Hey ladies, just curious about whether or not you are supposed to tip the officiant. We are getting married at the venue and paying a fee to the officiant which essentially all goes in their pocket so I'm just wondering if I am supposed to tip on top of that. Thanks!

i just feel like i'd want to give them a little something extra, particularly if i read the ceremony they write and it blows me away. it's not really rational, so i understand not tipping them, but this is just me.
