I know there have been posts before about this before but what is the general rule about tipping. i have my makeup trial this weekend. im am going to her house and she is not part of a salon. the trial is not included so i will be paying for that.
if yes, what amount or %.

i tipped $10 on a $50 trial even though it was at her house.

if i like how it looks, then i will be tipping her around $10 or $20 (depending on the price of the trial).
If i don't like it and will def not be using her, then no tip for you!

I think I tipped $15 or $20 on a $50 trial. i was very happy, so wanted to tip well, and she was very nice.
