I'm having my engagement shoot Tuesday do I tip the photographer and how much? My actual photographer is not taking the pics (not my choice) I know this has been asked a bunch of times but i can't seem to find a thread on it. Thanks!

I didn't tip and I didn't feel like he expected it.

Same with me. We paid enough for our photo package and they will be getting a tip on the day of the wedding.

I asked my dad. He used to work for a wedding photographer. The is what he said.
He said no. The tip is really for his assistant and so you only tip at the wedding. If he has a helper for the shoot a small tip would be nice. Not too big bc it is only a small shoot not like your wedding.
