Tipping question...
OK sooo I think I'm usually in the minority for this but if your photogs and video people own their own company are you still tipping them? I honestly wasn't going to.
My photogs are a husband and wife team who own their own company and I am paying them $6800. My videographer owns his own company and I am paying him $3500.
Do I still need to tip them? I feel like another $100 on top of what I am already paying them just seems a little silly. Like 'oh here are the thousands of dollars I owe you and another $100.
My DOC, DJ, MC, Sax player, String quartet, limo drivers, Maitre'd etc etc I get but I just feel like it is unneccesary to tip those three...
