How much is a good tip for ceremony musicians? I'm having a string trio for the ceremony. Also, do you tip the officiant and if so how much?

I thought the officiant tip was whatever fee they charge? I'm using the same Pastor my cousin used 3 years ago and she paid him $300...didn't give him a tip...maybe a SMALL gift at the rehearsal dinner?
