Tipping question for hair and makeup trial...PLEASE HELP!!
I'm going tomorrow for my hair and makeup trial...I think hair is going to cost $75 and I'm not sure about makeup...
How much should I tip? What did you girls do...I'm so confused...

When I went for my makeup trail, the trail would of cost $25 (if I did not book her on the spot), so I tipped her $10.

My makeup trial was $35 and I gave her $50 total.

I would tip the standard 15%. They are still performing a service for you. I think that's safe.

My make-up trial was free but I tipped her $20. And for my hair it was $65 and I tipped $15.

i tipped about 25% for both my trials with jennifer from fairytale makeovers (one was hair and makeup, the other just hair), and tipped her on the day of as well. of course, she did a superb job, so it was well deserved.
