I was reading the tipping thread n BHB and I was wondering: my RH contract specifically says 'gratuity included' does that mean I don't have to tip the maitre'd? Or does that mean I don't have to worry about, like, the waiters?

usually that just includes the waiters...you would still have to tip the maitre'd like $3-5 per person.

My RH charges a certain percentage for gratuity that automatically gets added into the price... but that does not include the Maitre D's tip

Yep usually just covers waiters, bartenders etc, You would normally still need to tip the maitre'd and the bridal attendant if you have one.
