tipping suggestions

So basically everyone of my vendors owns there own company. I can't imagine not bringing ANY tips the night of for vendors (Other than Maitre D, Bridal Attendant, and DOC). Here's what I was thinking...Do these sound ok?

Maitre D: $3 per person (It's going to be around $650...UGH!)
Bridal Attendant: $100
DOC:$150
Limos: $40 each driver (3 drivers, drop off at church and then back to reception hall...max 2 1/2 hours)
Florist: Wasn't planning on tipping??? Maybe $25 for drop off of flowers???
Cigar Roller: $75 for main roller, $25 for assistant
Video: $150 ($100 for main, $50 for assistant)
Photo: $150 ($100 for main, $50 for assistant)
DJ: $100

Does this sound right? Everyone is telling me not to tip because DJ, Video, Photo, and Florist own there own company but I can't seem to bring myself to show up without any tips. What do you think of these numbers??

Honestly, I never understood why you shouldn't tip someone just because they owned their own company.
Most of our vendors owned their own companies and we tipped every single one, with the exception of our band, which we still feel bad about....

Maitre D: this was included in the cost of our RH, but tipped an additional $200 the night of
Bridal Attendant: we didn't have one
DOC:$150
Limos: $50 for eachof our 2 limo drivers and for our return pickup
Florist: $150 to our florist and $25 for the delivery guy
Cigar Roller: didn't have one, but your amounts sound about right
Video: $100
Photo: $150 for photographer and $75 for assistant
DJ: we had a band - see above

My photographer owns his own and we tipped him.

We gave $150 for our photo and vid and $50 for assistants, because they went above and beyond

$25 for florist. The actual florist delivered so everything else went to her anyway.

DJ and MC both got $100 and $50 for limo driver for 3hrs.

I tipped based on experience with them and not based on any rules.
