Here's who I have so far:

Maitre D': $2 a person?
Wait staff
Bartenders
Band
Hair
Makeup
Photographers
Videographers
Limo driver

Am I forgetting anything? Any suggestions as to how much?

I spoke to our Maitre d' and she said the waitstaff was taken care of in that 18% gratuity we have to pay...
for the maitre d' I have heard $2-5 per person on average...
and also...DJ and MC...

I think you have to tip the flower people who drop off the flowers.
Altar boys if you have them.

No idea how much though .

dont forget vallet and coat check - and the officiant...and any ceremony musicians...

might as well just tip everyone who shows up at your wedding to while your at it
