if a limo vendor quotes you the price plus 20% gratuity up front, does this mean you do not need to tip the driver?

Yes, but people usually tip more on the day of the wedding anyway. But if you don't feel they deserve it, you don't have to.

so if people generally tip more on the day of the wedding, and I am having three cars....and have already tipped 20%......what would I tip on the day of the wedding?

Always tip the driver, we always do. Especially if you want them to do an extra drop off, off the record
