Who do you need to tip the day of and generally what is an acceptable amount?

check your contracts to see if tips are included. our RH included the tips for servers, MatriD, valet parking, coat check, etc. so they only person at the RH we have to tip is the bridal attendant, only if we want to tip extra.
our limo contract also included tips for the drivers. includes $30 per driver. we only have 2 cars & only for 5 hours.
my actual tip list is as follows:
Band $200 (my friend used the same band & they told her to give that amount)
Photo/Video $100 possibly (i am undecided about this, we are using a family friend & they own the company)
extra Limo for after reception $50 (this limo was no charge)
Alter Servers $10 each

This is what I have so far
Limos - $50/each
Band - $500 or so
Maitre'd - $500
Bridal Attendant - $50
Hair/Makeup - $30/each
Altar Boys - $10/each
Singer/Organist - $10/each...maybe a little more
Photographer - $150 and then $100 for assistant
Florist Delivery Boy - $20
I'm probably forgetting something...
And all of these are based on if they do a great job, of course if I run into problems and I am not happy with the service then I will decrease the amount.
