what is it customary to tip the vendors and people from the hall?

i have a list but it is at work

but if i can remember here is what i am tipping

Both photogs and videographer dj, mc videographer 100 each

lighting guy 50

percussionist 75

bridal attendant 150

matre d 450

limo - 20 - tip was included in price

i think these were my numbers

ok i found my thread so i am copying it

2 Photogs - $100 each
Videographer - $100
DJ - $100
MC - $100
Percussionist - $75
Lighting Tech - $50
Matred - $300 (based on my 150 minimum - if i have more people it will go up)
Bridal Attendant - $75
Alter boys - $10 each
Hair and makeup - $50 (that is 20 percent)

I am going to tip the limo - we only have one an extra $20 - his tip is included and we arent driving far

i will tip the flower guy that comes to my house 10-15 bucks

and my doc i was thinking $75 -$100
