I don't really know if you can go in with a predetermined amount of what you want to give. I would think you might want to let their work be your guide. Decide on a range, and let their performance be the gauge. Good Luck!
Definately put the ribbon on fist, then the flower. Can you maybe put two of the rings in each box to symbolize your wedding. If not wrp the flower around it, then wrap the flower around the ribbon. Hope this helps.

That's a GREAT idea...just make sure the main guy knows it's for his entire staff, not to be mistakenly all his tip :-)

Yes, it makes sense. And they main guy will have to be illiterate not to figure out that you are only giving him $25..but if it makes YOU feel better, go for it.
