Re: Tissue Taffata
I have tried them on and really liked the weight and look of them. I am almost definitely using the Bill Levkoff Tissue Taffeta....there have been some other threads discussing this fabric if you search Tissue Taffeta you will find!

Re: Tissue Taffata
I'm getting married in June too, and I think they are actually lighter than satin and many other BM dress fabrics and I like the look of them so much better!! taking my girls to try on in the next 2 weeks so we'll see how they like!!

Re: Tissue Taffata
Tissue taffeta is much lighter than satin. After trying on tons of dresses I ended up ruling out satin for my gown because I felt it was too heavy for August. I chose a raw silk dress instead.
I was open to satin for BM dresses but my BMs fell in love with Bill Levkoff 555 (tissue taffeta) and it looked amazing on them. I love the look of ruched tissue taffeta because it really picks up the different colors.

tissue taffeta is great, very lightweight, easy to move in, and pretty..... i tried on a few dresses from bill levkoff and they were comfortable.
