Titanium Rings - Vendor RAVE!

If anyone is looking to buy titanium wedding bands, we just got ours the other day. The guy was awesome to work with, FH ordered the wrong size and he is able to return it for a new ring. He has a huge selection in every size and width.

Just curious - what is the benefit of getting titanium? You usually hear gold or platinum ... just wondering!

Titanium is very lightweight and extremely strong. For a guy who works with his hands, and still wants to wear a ring, it's a great option.

Nice selection, I'll have FH take a look. He still hasn't gotten his ring and we're down to 12 days

They claim to deliver fast, we'll see.

Hi! FH and I loved the place too - small and quaint and not overdone. Me and another girl are going to crash someone else's wedding one day in the next couple months to see how it looks all set up - she's getting married March 20.

Did you have people give you an odd look when you told them about BCE? no one has ever heard of the place, so it's been quite funny for us!

We booked the dj and limo cause we just didn't want to do any more searching and my friend is a photographer and my cousin will be our officiant.

My FH was thinking about a titanium ring too, but the jeweler we went to said that they are nearly impossible to cut off...if FH got his finger jammed (which he tends to do, he is very athletic and active), they might not be able to cut the ring off if needed and would have to amputate his finger!!!!!

We decided a wedding ring is not worth losing a finger and went with platinum!

OMG - FH and I were thinking about doing Titanium for him - but I could just see this happening to him! He is extremely active at work and has the worst luck LOL! I think we will be doing white gold!

I'm bumping this thread for anyone who's interested.

I went searching for this thread b/c I'm pretty sure my FH will be ordering his w-ring from this site.

Q: What about cutting off a titanium or tungsten ring in case of an
accident? A: The very first thing when I started making titanium rings
is cut them off of my own finger by different methods. Titanium is about
as hard as stainless steel, so things that cut steel such as a hacksaw
or Dremel tool can be used. Titanium has a reputation of being stronger
than steel. It's not necessarily so. It's the high strength to weight
ratio that is the reason it is used in aerospace applications. I've had
a customer that did have to get one cut off. They were able to remove it
without a problem, and she ordered another titanium ring!
